The Process

At AGHI or primary goal is to educate our clients. We recognize that the inspection process can be overwhelming especially for first time buyers. It is important that we make the inspection informative while involving our clients in the process.

We encourage our clients to be with their inspector every step of the way. We want them to ask questions and in the end be comfortable with their purchase decision. We will never be able to eliminate surprises due to the limitations of a visual inspection. It is our goal to reduce surprises so that our client can confidently move forward.

It is very important for us to communicate clearly and in a way that is understandable to every type of client regardless if they are first time buyers or have owned homes before.

Conveying realistic outcomes to our clients is a key to our success at AGHI. We try to always establish expectations for our observations based on what should be expected for a house of a specific age and type of construction. We offer solutions and timelines for repairs. Setting and reinforcing these expectations helps our clients put things into perspective and reduces the stress that can be associated with a home inspection.

At AGHI we pride ourselves on giving our clients the best home inspection experience available. From communication, interaction, and a detailed report the AGHI inspection process provides the best value for our clients. An inspection by AGHI is the best investment a home buyer can make. We guarantee it.
