Pre-Purchase Inspections
Why choose a Pre-purchase Inspection?
A Pre-Purchase Inspection provides you with a complete, detailed inspection analysis of your prospective home purchase in both written and digital formats. The Inspector will investigate all major components of the building system and comment on areas of concern as they are discovered. This is your opportunity to measure and record details of the home and related fixtures to help ensure you make an informed decision.

Our process is interactive. Our clients are encouraged to follow the inspector throughout the process and ask as many questions as needed to be comfortable moving forward.

The Pre-purchase Inspection includes our full inspection and provides you with:

  • Home Inspection Report
  • E-Mailed Digital Report
  • Home Reference Manual

Pre-Listing Inspections
Why choose a Pre-listing Inspection?
A Pre-Listing Inspection provides you with information that will help you sell your property. As most real-estate transactions today require the performance of a professional home inspection, the Pre-Listing Inspection gives you a head start in knowing what your purchaser’s inspector is looking for. You get a 2 stage detailed inspection analysis of your home in a digital format. Initially the Inspector will investigate all major components of the building system and comment on areas of concern as they are discovered. A preliminary digital report with photos will be created that allows you to remedy any area of concern as need. Finally, your Inspector will provide a final report and Agent presentation package highlighting major expense items that a potential purchaser should be made aware of.

This service is designed to help you sell your home faster while providing full disclosure to purchasers so that offers are based on their knowledge of the property. The Pre-listing Analysis includes our full inspection and provides you with:

  • Home Seller Consultation
  • Home Inspection Report and Presentation Package
  • E-Mailed Digital Preliminary Report
  • E-Mailed Digital Final Report
  • E-Mailed Digital Presentation Buyers Summary
  • Home Reference Guide

TARION Warranty Inspections
Why choose a Warranty Inspection?
A TARION Warranty Inspection provides you with information that will help you become an informed consumer and report concerns about your new home with confidence. New houses are living breathing things. In the first year after your new home is built, it will settle into its environment. Changing seasons have a profound effect on the buildings structure. Foundations move resulting in the movement of numerous components of the buildings system. These natural occurrences create the possibility of damage to key building components. It is your responsibility to provide your builder with a list of your concerns prior to your 30 day and 1 year anniversaries of home possession. You get a complete, detailed inspection analysis of your home in both written and digital formats. The Inspector will investigate all major components of the building system and comment on areas of concern as they relate to standard building practice and builder tolerances. This service is designed to help you avoid costly defects that could be repaired by your builder rather than at your expense.

The Warranty Inspection on a new home includes:

  • Home Reference Manual
  • Consultation about TARION warranty submission
  • Home Inspection Report with Edited Digital Photos
  • E-Mailed Digital Report
